• Personalized site inspections of sporting venues, accommodations, restaurants and attractions.
• Research availability of venues.
• Research hotel room availability and rates.
• Submit a detailed bid proposal to selection committee.
• Bid presentation to selection committee where appropriate.
• Obtain VIP welcome letters.
• Provide on-site personnel to provide area information to participants and spectators.
• Submit press releases to the local media to inform them of upcoming events.
• Promote competitions on our website calendar of events.
